Refund & Returns Policy

We can refund items purchased online as per distance selling regulations. Please notify us via email you intend to return and post back within 28 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unless received damaged or faulty

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that we can issue your refund.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take a few days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
