What is Cringe Club?

We’re basically a shrine to all the stuff you secretly (or not so secretly) love . We're obsessed with 90s/00s telly, throwback pop bangers, and all things gloriously naff. Think badges, candles, wax melts and bits that make you say, “Omg I’d forgotten about that!”

Are your candles/wax melts safe?

Babe, of course. Everything’s CLP compliant, tested and comes with safety labels.

No animals were traumatised by our obsession with nostalgia - our fragrance oils are cruelty free along with our vegan soy wax.

Even the glitter is cosmetic-grade and biodegradable, so you can sparkle guilt-free.

Why does my candle/wax melt look a bit different from the photo?

Because they’re handmade by me! Everything* is designed, hand-poured, pressed, or printed by us in our little home studio. Every one’s got its own little personality (like members of S Club 7)

When will my order arrive?

Depends! You can select your choice of shipping method at checkout and this will determine how quickly the postie will deliver.

All products are in stock, and will be shipped within 48hrs of your order placement.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet – we’re keeping it UK-only for now (sorry hun, Brexit and Trump killed the vibe).

Can I send something back if I don’t like it?

Changed your mind? Totally fine hun, we’ve all done it. Here’s the lowdown:

Hit us up via our contact form or log into your customer account and request a return. Easy peasy.

28 days is your window to let us know and post it back. Don’t leave it to the last minute or the postie might ghost you.

Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. So yes, that means no half-burnt candles or badges chewed by your cat. Broken or faulty? That’s on us.

You cover postage for returns. Postage costs aren’t refundable. Royal Mail keeps their coins, not us.

Keep your proof of postage! If your parcel does a disappearing act, we can’t refund you without it.

Once your parcel lands back with us and passes the vibe check, we’ll email you to confirm your refund.

If approved, the money heads back to your original payment method. Banks are slow sometimes, so it might take a few days to appear.

My order arrived damaged, what now?

Oh no, hun! That’s not the vibe we’re going for. First, take a quick snap of the damage to help us understand what went wrong. Then DM or email us straight away with your order details. We’ll sort you out with a replacement or refund faster than you can say Cringe Club candle meltdown.

Can I get something custom made?

Got a weird niche reference only you and your mate will laugh at? We live for that. Slide into our DMs.

Can I stock Cringe Club products in my shop?

Yes, hun! We love teaming up with shops that get the Cringe Club vibe.
